Norman 10: Mt. Williams
Mt. Williams was the tongue-in-cheek name given to the mound of earth built during the Second World War as a backstop for the Navy's shooting range.
The mountain in all its glory, but also in its last days. Earthmovers were preparing the site for the University Town Center, a Supertarget its first tenant.
